This recipe is great for a hot day or after a long workout. It is refreshing and offers some very nutritional benefits! Follow the directions below and enjoy this delicious new take on our TN Success Shake!
- 2 inches of a frozen banana
- 8 raspberries
- 12 organic almonds
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 2 scoops of vanilla TN Success Shake
- 8 ounces of water
Combine 2 scoops of vanilla TN Success Shake, 8 ounces of water, and 1/2 cup of ice into a blender. Mix well and then add in a frozen banana and raspberries with the mixture. Once mixed to the appropriate consistency, add almonds and blend for another minute or so. Once the smoothie is the right consistency for you, then it is time to pour in a glass, possibly add a banana or raspberry garnish and enjoy!
